看了隱蔽搜查, 沒有很喜歡龍崎伸也, 也沒有很喜歡故事的走向. 想說再給今野敏一個機會, 所以轉而看, 且看完了 ST 警視廳科學特搜班 七本. 再回頭看隱蔽搜查, 也是想給龍崎伸也一個機會. 說真的, 這本書之所以給了多一點的星, 完全是龍崎太太的功勞啦. 有這麼一位無怨無悔的太太, 是龍崎這個機器人福氣.

感覺故事情節還 ok.

Because of Eslite Bookstore’s annual reading project – one book every month, 23 % off – I first bought Karin Slaughter’s book Blindsighted, the first book of Grant County series. I actually started the book, did some researches about this series, and realized that I will not like the ending of this series. However, I really like to try her other books, so I chose the Will Trent series. Fortunately, I could find the first book Triptych at the library. I decided to give it a try.

Actually, I don’t like this kind of topic which a man, like John Shelley, was set up and put behind bars for a crime which he didn’t commit. I also don’t like the relationships between Will Trent and Angie Polaski. For a woman with traumatic past, I like Eve Dallas in In Death series much, much better than I like Angie Polaski. That’s why I am collecting the In Death series, but prefer to keeping looking for the other books of the Will Trent series in the library. I think I will give Angie Polaski another chance. Haha.

However, I will not check out any English books from the library for some time, because I have a big heap of English books at home. I want to finish reading them first.

不是很喜歡這本書. 不知道是因為作者的敘事方式? 還是李白不斷不斷地重複求官未果, 起起落落的生活, 讓人看著看著也累. 我還是乖乖地去喜歡李白的詩好了.

The firs three books that I can borrowed from the library are probably also the only three books I would read in this Lady Sherlock series. I was always fighting with the annoying feeling when I started the second book. I don’t like Charlotte Holmes. I decided to finish these three books, because I can find them in the library!! A completist just can’t say no to it!

Anyway, this could be the last one of the Lady Sherlock series I’d read.

三津田信三台灣有出的書, 我也看了好幾個系列: 三津田信三系列 (一顆星), 沒看完, 放棄的; 刀城言耶系列 (四顆星), 目前剩兩本還沒看, 不過已在新北市圖預約了 “如碆靈祭祀之物". 最新的一本 “如魔偶攜來之物" 則還沒出書? 死相學系列 (兩顆星), 沒看完, 放棄的; 家系列, 我好像一本都沒看? 再研究一下. 然後就是這個物理波矢多系列 (四顆星), 說是系列, 目前兩本書, 但台灣只出了一本. 希望第二本書快快出中文版, 我想知道他下一個流浪的地方.

讀刀城言耶, 讀物理波矢多, 流浪是本質, 我很嚮往, 因為可以不必擔心如何養家活口, 一個城市一個城市的流浪去. 然而我還是比較喜歡刀城, 因為收集怪談比體驗戰後日本, 要輕鬆很多. 要流浪, 就要一直做喜歡的事, 才不至疲乏吧, 哈哈. 話雖如此, 物理波矢多的精神, 很令人敬佩.

I enjoyed reading the first Lady Sherlock book, however, I had to try very hard so I could finish this one. The story was boring. Charlotte Holmes was so unbearably headstrong.

I have reserved the third book anyway. I’d like to give it another chance.

At first, for a moment, I felt like I was reading Pride and Prejudice, but not for long. It was weird that a woman would have done such a thing to ruin herself, so she could get the liberty, the opportunity to get away from her family.

According to the author, in her “The origins of Rizzoli and Isles", Rizzoli “When she first walked on to the pages of The Surgeon I didn’t even realize that Jane was a heroine. Det. Thomas Moore was the protagonist in that story, and Jane was merely his annoying partner, a plain and scruffy woman with a huge chip on her shoulder. I saw no reason to make her likeable because I was going to kill her by the end of the book."

I have finished all the Rizzoli and Isles books, up to the latest book in the series, I Know A Secret. I didn’t particularly like it. However, I decided to read the series all over again, since so many people recommended Gerritsen’s book, especially The Surgeon.

While reading, I wondered why Rizzoli was such a misfit and so annoying and annoyed most of the time. She was not the Jane Rizzoli I read in the other books in the series. Because she was supposed to be killed in the end of The Surgeon. From the beginning to the end, she was not any important character in this book. The Surgeon, however, was more or less a romance novel about Thomas Moore and Catherine Cordell.

The Rizzoli and Isles series actually began with The Apprentice, I think. I have reserved the book. Have to wait for like two months. I’ll know if it is true when finish The Apprentice.
